A little about me: I come from a rich background in higher education and student development, with stops at HBCUs, community colleges, and four-year universities. Adult learning isn’t just a passion—it’s the caffeine that keeps my metaphorical brain humming. Watching the “aha!” moment hit an adult learner? That’s my version of fireworks.

In the last few years, I leveled up into the corporate arena with gigs at American Airlines and LPL Financial. There, I’ve created robust deliverables and facilitated sessions that are actually…fun? Yes, even compliance training can sparkle when you sprinkle in a little interactivity. My instructional design experience turns boring design docs into lively eLearning adventures that bridge skills and knowledge gaps—and maybe even your faith in eLearning.

When I’m not scheming ways to make learning irresistible, I enjoy outdoor movies, food truck festivals, and the occasional 5K (because someone’s gotta catch the taco truck, right?).
